Our students celebrated Mental Health Awareness Day by exploring ways to express their emotions and reduce anxiety. Activities ranged from baking cakes to sound healing and meditation, from arts and crafts to yoga, and from nature walks to tea and talks!
A massive thank you to all our staff who organised and helped to ensure the sessions went smoothly, our brilliant special guest visitors who gave us some great new ways to improve our mental wellbeing, and of course our wonderful students who got involved in every activity in a really positive way!
